However, if the return request is made after the expiration of the fifteen-day period, the return will no longer be free. In such circumstances, the customer will be fully responsible for all shipping fees, packaging, and any other costs related to the return, as Waisted will not provide prepaid shipping labels beyond the established deadline. This rule is applied strictly, and no exceptions will be made, which is why we encourage our customers to inspect their purchases carefully and act promptly if they wish to initiate a return.
Certain items, due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, are excluded from returns unless they are defective upon arrival. This includes intimate apparel, lingerie, undergarments, and any item clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase. At present, Waisted does not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to obtain a different size, color, or product must proceed by returning the unwanted item under the rules of this policy and then placing a new order through our online store. This method ensures that our stock remains accurate and that customers receive the correct product in the most efficient way possible.
In cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered, the customer must notify our Customer Care team within seventy-two hours of receiving the order.
